At SOALSA Kids, we value authentic partnerships with influencers who share our love for gentle, timeless children’s fashion. Below are the details of our collaboration terms, including our affiliate program, which allows you to earn commissions on sales made through your unique link.

Who Are Nano and Micro Influencers?

Nano Influencers:

🔹 1,000–10,000 followers
🔹 Close-knit, highly engaged audience

Micro Influencers:

🔹 10,000–50,000 followers
🔹 Strong engagement and brand trust

Nano Influencers – Collaboration Terms

As a nano influencer, you are eligible for a 40% discount on all SOALSA Kids products. In return, we ask you to fulfill the following within one month of receiving the product:

Content Requirements

✅ 1 Instagram Reel (Post)

  • Showcase the product you received.
  • Tag @SOALSA_KIDS and use the agreed hashtags.

✅ 3 Instagram Stories
📌 Story 1 – Unboxing (within the first week)
📌 Story 2 – Your child wearing/using the product (within the second week)
📌 Story 3 – Honest review, including a link to our website and encouraging followers to visit/shop (within the third week)

Affiliate Program for Nano Influencers

🛍 Earn a commission on every sale made through your link.

Additional Terms

📌 All terms will be included in the invoice. By paying the invoice, you agree to these conditions.
📌 If deliverables are not completed within the agreed timeframe, SOALSA Kids reserves the right to issue an invoice for the full product price (without the 40% discount).
📌 Products received for collaboration cannot be returned, as they were provided at a discounted rate.
📌 Exchanges are allowed under the same business terms as the invoice. If terms are not met, a new invoice will be issued, requiring payment of the full product price.
📌 Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer.

Micro Influencers – Collaboration Terms

As a micro influencer, you will receive a free SOALSA Kids product after we review your profile.

To qualify, you must provide:
✔️ An engagement analysis (likes, comments, shares).
✔️ Follower demographics (gender, location).

Terms of Collaboration with Photographers 📸✨

At SOALSA Kids, we love working with talented photographers to capture the beauty of our timeless children's fashion. As part of our collaboration, photographers will receive SOALSA Kids products free of charge and may keep them for use in their studio.

In return, the following terms must be met:

1️⃣ Professional Photos

📷 Deliver 6 professional photographs featuring:
✔ 2 different children (3 photos per child).
✔ 2 unique scenes (3 photos in each scene).

2️⃣ Parental Consent

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Obtain written consent from the parents of the children in the photos for marketing use.
📜 SOALSA Kids will provide a consent form template.

3️⃣ Deadlines & Social Media

⏳ The required photos must be delivered within 4 months of receiving the product.
📲 Tag @SOALSA_KIDS in all social media posts or stories where the products are visible.

4️⃣ Affiliate Program for Photographers

📢 Earn while you promote! Join our SOALSA Kids Affiliate Program to receive commissions for sales made through your unique affiliate link.
💰 How it works:
✔ Get a personalized affiliate link to share with clients and followers.
✔ Earn a commission on every sale made through your link.
✔ Enjoy exclusive perks like early access to new collections.

5️⃣ Additional Terms

📌 If deliverables are not provided within the agreed timeframe, SOALSA Kids reserves the right to invoice the photographer for the full product price (without any discounts).
📌 Products received for collaboration cannot be returned, as they were provided free of charge.
📌 Exchanges are possible under the same business terms as stated on the invoice. If conditions are not met, the photographer must pay the difference up to the full product price.
📌 The photographer covers the cost of returning and reshipping products in case of an exchange.

Terms and Conditions for Organizing Instagram Giveaways with Product Creators and Sellers


(SOALSA KIDS in Collaboration with Other Sellers and Creators)

 

1. Purpose of the Giveaway

  • To increase the visibility of the SOALSA KIDS brand and the participating businesses/creators.
  • To grow followers, engagement, and product sales for all involved.
  • To reward followers with quality products.

2. Participants in the Giveaway

  • Businesses, creators, or sellers offering products aligned with SOALSA KIDS values (natural materials, sustainability, products for children, family lifestyle) are eligible to participate.
  • Each participant contributes a product to the giveaway bundle.
  • Product Value: The value of the product contributed by SOALSA KIDS and the collaborating creator must be approximately equal. The value is calculated based on the original price of the product, excluding discounts, promotions, or sales.

3. Giveaway Rules

3.1. Entry Requirements:

  • The rules of participation are determined by SOALSA KIDS and the collaborating creators.
  • Participants must follow the Instagram accounts of all collaborating businesses/creators.
  • They must tag at least three friends in the comments and share the giveaway post in their Story.
  • Optionally, a creative challenge can be included (e.g., posting a photo with a specific hashtag).

3.2. Winner Selection Criteria:

  • Winners will be chosen randomly (via a draw) or based on the fulfillment of a creative challenge.
  • Results will be announced on the official SOALSA KIDS profile and the profiles of participating businesses.

4. Contributions from Participating Businesses

  • Each participating business must contribute a product or service as a prize.
  • Product Value: The value of the contributed product must align with SOALSA KIDS' contribution to ensure fairness. The value will be calculated based on the original retail price, not promotional or discounted rates.
  • Shipping Costs: If the shipping cost exceeds €6, SOALSA KIDS and the collaborating creator will share the cost equally. If the cost is €6 or less, SOALSA KIDS will cover it entirely.
  • Participating businesses must actively promote the giveaway on their Instagram profiles during its duration and adhere to the following obligations:
    • Collaboration Posts: Accept the collaboration request and publish the giveaway post on their profile. They are required to keep the post on their profile after the giveaway ends and must not delete the collaboration.
    • Commitment to Participation: Once the giveaway is announced publicly, the participant cannot withdraw from the collaboration. Withdrawal is permitted only before the public announcement.
    • Exclusive Participation: During the giveaway period, participants agree not to run any other giveaways in collaboration with SOALSA KIDS.
    • Engagement During the Giveaway: Participants are required to post Stories during the giveaway, inviting their followers to participate.
    • Winner Announcement: At the end of the giveaway, participants must announce the winner on their profile and thank their followers for participating.

5. Responsibilities of SOALSA KIDS

  • SOALSA KIDS will organize and coordinate the giveaway.
  • It will handle the preparation of visuals, post captions, and giveaway rules.
  • Timely Prize Delivery: SOALSA KIDS will ensure that its portion of the prize is packaged and shipped to the winner within the agreed time frame (no later than 7 business days after the winner’s confirmation).
  • Clear Communication: SOALSA KIDS will manage communication with both collaborating creators and giveaway participants regarding any questions or issues.
  • Transparency: SOALSA KIDS will ensure fair winner selection and will publicly share the results as stated in the rules.

6. Prizes and Delivery Rules

  • Prizes will consist of products from all participating businesses.
  • Winners will receive instructions for claiming or receiving their prize.
  • Timely Shipping: All collaborating creators and businesses must ship their prizes to the winners within the agreed-upon timeframe (maximum of 7 business days after confirmation).
  • If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, the prize will be awarded to another participant.

7. Giveaway Duration

  • The exact start and end dates of the giveaway will be stated in the post.

8. General Terms for Followers

  • By participating in the giveaway, followers agree to the terms and conditions of the giveaway.
  • Participants grant permission for their submissions (photos, comments) to be used for promotional purposes.

9. Responsibilities and Limitations

  • Instagram is not a sponsor or organizer of the giveaway.
  • SOALSA KIDS and the participating businesses are not responsible for technical issues or delays caused by external factors.
